Shipping & Deliveries
We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.
All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or by a courier. Deliveries out with the UK will always be delivered using a courier.
We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Where applicable, you will receive communication with a tracking number for your parcel.
Crafty Spirit Club Deliveries
We use the same companies for our Crafty Spirits Club as we do for our online shop. We aim to have all club orders shipped by the 25th of each month (depending on which day of the week that is) and with members within 48 hrs.
Breakages
When packing your order, we take care to ensure that it is packed safely and securely. However, in the unlikely event that anything in your order is broken when it arrives, please email info@craftyconnoisseur.co.uk so we can resolve it straight away for you. Please also take care around any broken glass in the box.
International Delivery Update
After leaving the EU in 2020, it has become more costly for international customers to recieve thier orders. We are working on this and hope to commence international orders in 2024.
Delivery Costs
We offer a choice of shipping services for deliveries in the UK.
Tracked 48hrs (business days) £4.99
Tracked 24hrs (business days) £6.75
Shipping is FREE for all orders over £75 to UK addresses.
Local Delivery
We offer FREE local delivery for orders being dispatched to any Edinburgh (EH) post code as long as the order value is greater than £25. We will send you a text confirming a delivery slot and asking if this time is convenient for you. If not, the delivery slot can be rearranged.
Local Collection (East Lothian)
Local Collection is available from the Mercat Bar & Grill, 10 Whitecraig Road, Whitecraig, East Lothian.
This service is only available Thursday to Sunday and between the hours of 12 noon and 8pm.
Pick up option must be booked online and we also recommend contact the Mercat on the day you intend to collect.

Returns
We’re sure you’ll be happy with your order from Crafty Connoisseur.
However, if for any reason you’re not 100% happy, please get in touch with us at info@craftyconnoisseur.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may need to pay for the cost of the postage and packaging of any returned item.
